The Ridge Meadows Hospice Society will be holding their 2021 Annual General Meeting virtually via Zoom On Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at 6:30pm.

After registering, you will receive a Zoom link for the evening along with AGM documents.

Members in good standing and present at the AGM will be eligible to vote and new memberships must be paid 30 days prior to the AGM to be eligible to vote. Please note that under our Bylaws, voting by proxy is not permitted. This year there is one board vacancy. The agenda and annual report will be emailed prior to the meeting to registered participants, along with being posted on our web-site.

*Please note, if you have any questions for the board of directors, submission is required in writing to lindsey@ridgemeadowshospice.org, by October 1st, 2021. This will enable the Directors to have sufficient time to provide thoughtful and accurate answers.
